I would love to invite you to this deeply relaxing Sound Bath — a space to exhale, unwind, and come home to yourself after a long week.
We’ll begin with the grounding rhythm of the Shamanic Drum, helping you release tension from your body and settle into the present moment.
Then, the powerful Mars Gong will wash through your energy field, clearing heaviness and restoring your natural flow.
Finally, the gentle sounds of Chimes and Water Drum will soften the edges, bringing calm and balance to your whole being.
You’ll be bathed in healing vibrations that support your body, mind, and nervous system to reset —
allowing you to let go, rest deeply, and reconnect with your inner peace.
This Sound Bath is an invitation to simply be.
To rest. To feel your breath.
And to allow the sound to carry away what’s no longer needed —
so you leave lighter, clearer, and more centred in yourself.

The Treatment Rooms and Studio
26 Tooting Bec Road

- Nearest tube: Tooting Bec - a few minutes away (Northern Line)
- Nearest Train Station - Balham - 20 minutes walk
- No parking at the venue is available; you have to find one on the nearest side streets.
🕰️ Time:
7:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Arrival: Doors open at 7:20 PM to give you time to settle in and create your nest. Doors will close promptly at 7:30 PM to avoid disrupting the session.
💷 Energy Exchange:
- Regular Ticket: £20 + fees

👶 Age Requirement:
- Minimum age: 18
ONE MAT, A SMALL BLANKET, A PILLOW, AND A BOLSTER ARE AVAILABLE FOR YOU AT THE EVENT SPACE. So you can travel lighter.
What to Bring
- Maybe an additional blanket - one will be provided, however, it is a skinny blanket :-)
- Comfortable clothing for lying down; layers are recommended as the body may feel cooler during relaxation.
- A bottle of water to stay hydrated.

Anna Bojaryn
I am an Intuitive Healer, Reiki Master, and Sound Therapist, dedicated to helping you reconnect with your inner world and release the blocks that may diminish your light. My journey began with a deep passion for exploring the connection between energy, sound, and healing.
I specialize in creating sacred spaces for transformation, where individuals can feel seen, supported, and held. Through my work, I guide people from the pain of disconnection to a place of inner harmony and joy. My sessions focus on unlocking your inner potential and restoring a sense of wholeness and balance within.

While this session is suitable for most, it’s essential to consider any health conditions you may have:
- Avoid Sound Baths if you are pregnant (first trimester), have extreme sound sensitivity, epilepsy, seizure disorders, recent surgeries or injuries, uncontrolled arrhythmias, or other conditions listed in detail below.

Due to limited spots, refunds are not available. You may transfer your ticket to someone else—just let me know.
