Relationship Centered Communication (RCC) Skills for Conflict Engagement

At the end of the workshop, the participant should be able to demonstrate the following knowledge and/or skills:

• Identify the importance and potential of conflict within a relationship-centered framework.
• Describe conflict skills in three steps:

1. self-awareness (ongoing)
2. preparation
3. engagement

• Apply the conflict skills in simulated cases with opportunities for self-assessment and peer feedback.
