REJUVENATE Women’s Retreat has been created for you to reconnect with yourself on a subconscious level, release what no longer serves you, and rejuvenate your relationship with yourself! Give yourself permission to put yourself first and connect with like-minded women in a safe, healing space. REJUVENATE gives you the opportunity to focus on what YOU need.
This half day Retreat is for you if:
* You’re feeling disconnected from yourself
* You’re feeling disconnected from your partner
* You have a habit of projecting your sh!t onto others
* You feel awkward being open and vulnerable with others
* You want to connect with your inner child
* You are ready to show up for yourself

* You are open to alternate ways of healing (breathwork, and cacao ~ plant medicine)
The main element of this retreat is the Emotional Needs Workshop. Let’s journey together to unlock the why your life isn’t thriving in all areas and why you’ve been left feeling distant and unfulfilled. We will also use the power of breathwork to journey inward to release what no longer serves you and through visualization we will reconnect you to your inner child.
The KEY to rejuvenating your relationship is reconnecting with yourself.

Venue Information
The venue is the Peregian Beach Community House, with ample parking available. The venue is just past the peregian hotel if you're traveling north, and if you're traveling south, it Is located on the opposite side of the road and you'll need to do a U-turn at the hotel to access the little side street it's on. Please wait at the double glass sliding door. Doors will open at 9:45am for a 10:00am start.

Spots are strictly limited to 12 women in order to ensure the gathering remains comfortable for participants and facilitators. Please purchase your ticket prior to attending. Ticket options are either individual OR buy 2 at a discounted rate to bring a friend.

About the hosts:
Nikki Horsford
I am a mother to 3 kids, loving partner and devoted friend.
I have been studying and practicing psychology, women’s mentoring and healing for over 10 years. Using a compassionate and knowledgeable approach, my passion is to help women heal their subconscious wounds that are unconsciously impacting their intimate relationships.
I am also an acredited breathwork facilitator. I incorporate the power of breathwork, self-awareness and emotional healing to help my clients heal the unconscious layers that are sabotaging their relationships. I believe that when you can heal the underlying emotional wounds, you are able to experience true connection with yourself and others.

I’m a mother of 2 boys 28 & 64
My passion to facilitate others to transform back to love of self which allows self healing.
I do this through movement practices like Nia, & Breathwork. I’m also a Medical Intuitive, Earth Healer, Kinesiologist, Reiki Master & Yin Yoga teacher.
I will be sharing Nia technique which is a combination of Healing, Martial & Dance Arts. Our philosophy is Finding Joy in your body’s way. No experience necessary. If you can move your body, you can do Nia.
Yin Yoga which is very slow stretching poses to release any stuck energy or emotions.
Nia - move/dance bare feet or you may sit in a chair. It is choreographed with some free dance/movement. There are intensity levels & you are invited to move in your bodies way. I celebrate being on the wrong foot.
