Reiki Level 1 is the beginning of your Reiki journey. It is about learning how to work with Reiki for yourself and those close to you, in a grounded, supportive and confidence-building way.At Reiki Level 1, you are qualified to use Reiki on:

Friends
Family
Reiki Level 1 does not qualify you to work professionally or with paid clients. It is for personal use only.
This training is held over two in-person days, spaced two weeks apart, so you have time to practise, reflect and build confidence, rather than being rushed through everything in one day.
đż How the training works
Day 1 â Sunday 14th June - Practical Learning
On day one, youâll learn what Reiki is, how it works, and how to use it safely and confidently.
Youâll be guided through the practical side of Reiki, including self-healing and working with others, and youâll receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement.
After day one, youâll have time to go away and practise Reiki in real life.
Youâll be supported through a 21-day activation period, using your Reiki journal to reflect, notice changes, build confidence and begin integrating Reiki into your everyday life.
Day 2 â Sunday 28th June - Confidence, Integration & Certification
Two weeks later, we come back together.
This day is focused on:
Questions that have come up during practice
Deepening your understanding
More hands-on practice
Building confidence
Learning how to integrate Reiki into daily life
Once this day is complete, youâll receive your Reiki Level 1 certificate.

This includes continued access to the support group and group healing sessions, and is completely optional. It is there for those who want reassurance, connection and continued support as Reiki becomes part of their everyday life.
