We are excited to offer a new sound healing experience: Reiki Infused Yin with Crystal Sound Bowls with Lauren Roberts. A relaxing 90 minute class of Reiki infused Yin yoga with crystal sound healing bowls, offering a deeply relaxing and nurturing class to help calm and comfort you.
If you are feeling tired and craving more energy, then this event is for you.
For 90 minutes, Lauren will guide you each step of the journey into deep rest through a series of simple floor based relaxing and restorative Yin yoga positions encouraging self Reiki to nurture your mind, body and spirit. Your mind and body will then become soothed by receiving the beautiful, meditative vibrations and sounds of her Crystal Singing Bowls followed by a deeply relaxing savasana.
A calming, comforting and healing class.
No yoga experience is required for this class.

About Lauren: After a decade working in television left me burnt out, I turned to yoga for solace. Over eight years, I've deepened my practice, studying Vinyasa and Yin yoga intensively. I've also delved into crystal bowl sound healing and Reiki, finding their profound effects on well-being.
Now, as a certified yoga teacher, I blend these modalities to offer personalised classes aimed at nurturing mind, body, and spirit. Join me on the mat for a journey of self-discovery and inner peace. Namaste.
