A session to align the body & spirit 🤍
Reiki is a form of energy healing that brings alignment to the energetic & physical body. It promotes deep healing and opens pathways to an aligned state of being.
It aids in stress reduction, brings relaxation, and revitalises the body.
With the use of myself as the channel, energy healing is delivered through my hands to your energetic & physical body. From my teachings I combine the awareness of specific energetic & physical points along the body and navigate this to clear & reset any blockages and stagnacies present in your physical and energetic body.

-Prior assessment chat
-Pressure point therapy
-Reiki healing
-Post session chat and integration
Through Reiki you are allowing yourself to open, connect to & heal all and any emotions and to attune & receive connection to high vibrational frequency.

I service both London, Reading and South Stoke and anything up to 15 miles from either of these. Home visits also available.
Individual price is £80. Duration 2h + integration support. I also do home visits for £95 per session.
Group sessions of up to 3 people at a time can be arranged 🙏🏽 // With a duration of usually 3 hrs and a total price of 111 for 2 people / and 3.5hrs and a total price of £140 for 3 people
