Reiki, Breath, with Ice

With Reiki, breathe, with ice, come and experience a total mind, body soul reset, this event is crafted to allow your physical body, your mind and your soul essence, to reset. Moving into our state of rest and digest. We will start with some movement practices, followed by an ice bath, finishing with sound sound healing and group reiki. This event will allow the shift of the seasons and your body to align. We will help your body understand its limits and move into a state of embodied bliss.

With our event you will be presented with an ice bath after some group connection and move ment. Please bring swimming trunks and a towel. And something cozy to wear for after the ice bath. You will be transitioning from outside to indoor where we will do a sound bath and group reiki, Anthony will guide you through the excellent gift of learning to push your body and “getting comfortable with discomfort” Nathaniel will guide you through the energy reset portion and sound healing accompanied with group Rieki. We look forward to assisting you in this fully embodied reset. We will provide yoga Matt’s and blankets. Please show up on time. Event will close 10 mins after start.

Nathaniel Jenkins is a licensed clinical massage therapist, energy healer and Reiki Master practicing and living in Oakland, California. Nathaniel’s one-on-one healing sessions and group workshops are designed to create a container of safety for anyone who struggles to feel safe in their body, with emphasis on the BIPOC community and those who have been historically othered. Nathaniel centers his practice around discovering what the body wants and needs in order to encourage its natural ability to heal. He empowers each client to be in full agency in their own body and to trust in self, in the body’s wisdom and in the ability to assert boundaries. Working with the chakra system from the root to the crown, Nathaniel teaches his clients to ground the energy within a safe container and to heal sexual shame to come into greater creative self-expression, joy, sensuality and vitality. He focuses on grounding meditation, healing breathwork, and stimulating the parasympathetic autonomic response with deep tissue integrative work, range of motion opening, pain relief and rocking—all designed to feel good in the body off the table. Through his JEDI work, Nathaniel shares knowledge and practices to liberate the Black body, heal the nervous system and release identification around systemic injustice. Nathaniel graduated from the San Francisco School of Massage & Bodywork with over 850 hours of clinical training, is a certified Reiki Master and a leadership facilitator.

Hi! I’m Anthony Herrera. Ice immersions have become a big part of my life. I am on a mission to share this powerful healing modality with the world. When I’m not embracing a nice cold plunge, you’ll find me helping my clients reconstruct and find balance in various aspects of life. I specialize in overall wellness: personal development, self-discipline, and accountability. Leading and guiding others has officially become my purpose and passion.
