Join Yonex’s Handstand & Contortion ClubReady to bend, balance, and break limits? Whether you’re just starting out or deep in your flexibility journey, these small-group workshops are your chance to train with Yonex, Hong Kong’s top contortionist.
Each session blends expert technique, personal guidance, and powerful conditioning to help you master handstands, deep backbends, and body control — step by step.
📅 Workshop Dates (Thursdays):
Handstand Intensive | Nov 13 & 20, Dec 11 & 18 | 6:45–8:15pm
Contortion Workshop | Nov 13 & 20, Dec 11 & 18 | 8:15–9:45pm
💥 Small Group Focus: Max 9 students per workshop
📚 Between WS dates: Yonex provides “homework” and you’re welcome to practice at Tao Dance Arts or anywhere you like. Progress takes time, consistency, and community!
💰 Please sign up 7 days before the WS date:
HKD 485 – 1 WS
HKD 920 – 2 WS (HKD 460 each)
HKD 1275 – 3 WS (HKD 425 each) + 1 hrs studio practice*
HKD 1520 – 4 WS (HKD 380 each) + 2 hrs studio practice*
HKD 1900 – 5 WS (HKD 380 each) + 4 hrs studio practice*
*Studio time subject to availability. No money refunds: If you cannot attend due to health reasons, your payment will be credited towards regular Tao Dance Arts classes or future Yonex Workshops.
