Rinzen is a Los Angeles-based electronic artist known for his melodic, cinematic sound. A master producer and DJ known for his multi-hour, journey-like sets, Rinzen seeks to provide an awe-inspiring experience with everything he does.
Fusing elements of house, techno, melodic and progressive, Rinzen’s music has received support from industry titans like deadmau5, Lane 8, Rufus Du Sol, Tale of Us and more.
Since appearing on the scene in 2017, Rinzen’s music has found its home on over 20 different labels, most notably Lane 8’s This Never Happened imprint. Rinzen released his debut album Bend to the Light on the label in 2024, cementing his position as an emerging star in the melodic house & techno space.
Meanwhile, Rinzen had his viral moment in 2025 with an official remix of Nelly Furtado on Universal Music. Beginning as an unofficial edit, the remix was picked up by Universal after seeing the emphatic response in Rinzen’s performances. The remix has already surpassed over 2 million streams on Spotify.
As a DJ, Rinzen has performed everywhere from Ultra Miami, to Lightning in a Bottle, to Creamfields and EDC Mexico. Meanwhile, his 4-hour sets have become a thing of renown, with Rinzen frequently gracing many of the world’s greatest clubs with these extended, journey-like performances.
Refuge Hi-Def Dance Club is a 500-cap underground nightclub in East Williamsburg built around sound, energy, and atmosphere. At its core is REX, a custom 4-point system designed by co-founder Craig “Shorty” Bernabeu, with four 10-foot stacks surrounding the dance floor for a powerful, immersive experience. Each night is curated to push that system to its full potential — a true Musical Arts Performance in every sense.
