50 Min Reformer + 5K Run + Brunch. Starting at the studio with a killer PRE-GAME reformer pilates session to ignite the legs and prime the nervous system. Then, hit the trail for a group 5K run or hike with fresh legs, finishing with a social recovery. The perfect Saturday morning social sweat to beat the sluggishness and kick off the weekend.
