Aim: To continue to develop practitioners’ skills in reflective supervision

Target Audience:

Practitioners and Supervisors across LLR with safeguarding responsibilities, e.g. Designated Safeguarding Leads.

This Multi-Agency Reflective Skills Training course is designed to strengthen the skills

of practitioners and supervisors with safeguarding responsibilities by developing a

It will enable learners to recognise how reflective supervision can make a real

difference to staff and crucially the children, young people and families they work with

supportive learning environment. It is also intended to support a sense of multi-agency

collaborative working and focus on the child in safeguarding practice. This in turn

increases the learners’ confidence to professionally challenge colleagues across
