This is a free in-person event for those wishing to explore and gently discuss the deeper aspects of our living experiences - our inner journey.
A respectful, facilitated space for reflecting on profound teachings & literature from a variety of ancient & contemporary sources.

By contemplating on & interpreting a variety of inspirational material, we will endeavour to raise our self-awareness, gain insights, and apply the wisdom to our everyday life situations and relationships.
We will decipher & reflect on the profound insights from ancient & contemporary teachers, philosophers, writers, poets & spiritual leaders: from Taoism to Carl Jung to Rumi; from Eckhart Tolle to Marcus Aurelius to the Zen masters and many, many more.
These events are a calm, relaxed, friendly interlude in our otherwise busy lives... a gathering for those curious about our humanness, evolving and growing in consciousness.
