In this soulful, interactive workshop, you’ll be guided through a powerful year-end ritual to reflect on what 2025 taught you, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with your vision for a radiant, abundant 2026.
Together, we’ll ground into the body, move through stuck energy, celebrate growth, and set aligned intentions for the new year - using breathwork, gentle somatic movement, visualization, and guided journaling.
You’ll experience:
- Breathwork to calm your mind & reconnect to your body
- A guided reflection to honor the lessons & wins of the year
- A movement-based release practice to let go of stress, old patterns, or beliefs you're ready to leave behind
- A future self visualization & vision-setting ritual to clarify what you truly desire in 2026
- A closing circle to integrate, connect, and leave feeling grounded, clear, and inspired

Arrivals: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the event to set up. We will start with tea and meet at greet, and will lock the doors once the experience begins. No refunds for missed reservations.
