If the thought of creating reels makes you cringe, or you sit there wondering what on earth to film, this is for you.

Enjoy a with me and 3 other amazing business owners to create a bank of content in one go, so you’re not constantly setting up your camera, trying to think of ideas, or putting filming off until next week. Again.

In just 3 hours, you’ll leave with over 60 reels and 30 photos you can use across the next 90 days.

I know filming reels can feel awkward and uncomfortable (that’s why I have a fringe so no one can see my fine lines and eyebrows).

These days are designed for you whether you’re nervous or confident on camera, with support and guidance throughout, so it actually feels easy, and yes, FUN!

Alongside 3 other business owners, we'll visit 3–4 indoor and outdoor locations to get a mixture of footage including:

• B-roll reels - these are supplementary and background videos where you aren't talking to camera.
• Talking head reels - you speaking directly to camera.
• Photos - a mixture of you facing camera and background shots for use on social media.
• Behind-the-scenes content from the day.

If you want to maximise the variety of content you get, so it can be repurposed and reused, then I also recommend a couple of quick and easy outfit changes (such as a change of jacket, top, scarf etc).

I’ve been capturing content for over 20 years, from shooting in photo pits at international music festivals to filming behind-the-scenes and creating content for business owners.

I’ve also been the person behind the socials for multiple clients and large corporate organisations, so I don’t just know how to capture content, I know what actually works.

I know how to spot the moments, frame the shot, and use lighting in a way that makes your content feel natural, not staged or awkward.

And more importantly, I know how to help you feel comfortable and be natural on camera.

Before the day
I'll send you everything you need to know, including the meeting location, filming spots, what to bring and how to prepare, including a few prompts and ideas in advance, so you’re not turning up wondering what to say. I'll also ask you to fill out a short survey so I can plan the right content for your business.

On the day
We’ll meet at 11am for coffee (full details will be sent beforehand) and chat through your content and get clear on what you want to capture. Each session is in a small group of up to 4 business owners, so it will be relaxed, fun and supportive.

We’ll move between 3–4 indoor and outdoor locations, depending on what works best for the group and the content we’re creating. I recommend bringing a couple of easy outfit changes (a jacket or top is perfect) so you can get more variety from your content.

Just keep in mind we may not always be near changing rooms, so keep it simple. You’re also welcome to bring props that reflect your business. We’ll wrap up around 2:30pm.

After the day
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive all your content via Dropbox. Everything will have light editing done (trimming clips so they’re ready to use), so you can start posting straight away.
