The 2026 Buddy Portugal Award for outstanding contributions to Evanston youth will be presented to Jennifer Tertulien and Jenevieve Arceneaux, co-founders of Black Girl Magic Book Club, and Valerie Kahan, founder of Evanston Art Makers Outpost.
Attire: Relaxed but festive, casual to cocktail--wear something red! The Red Tie honors the late Michael Wynn, Justin's father. Red is the color of his fraternity, Kappa Alpha Psi.
