CELEBRATING OUR SEASONS: Winter Edition
Red Tent Workshop & Cacao CeremonyJoin us for an intimate, meaningful workshop that honors the natural rhythms of your body and celebrates the power of your menstrual cycle.
What to Expect:
In this 2-hour transformative experience, we'll nourish body, mind, spirit, and womb. We'll open with a cacao ceremony to ground us and set intention, move through gentle yoga and dance together, then gather in a sacred circle for shared wisdom with interactive and open discussion. We will close with a guided meditation to integrate your experience, leaving you feeling empowered, informed, and connected to a deeper sense of self and community.
BONUS: First 10 registrants receive a FREE reusable menstrual product!
There will be other take-home resources and materials available.

All experience levels welcome - whether you've been menstruating for 2 months or 20 + years! Whether you're looking to reduce period pain, balance your hormones naturally, understand your fertility, cultivate fellowship, or simply develop a healthier relationship with your body, this workshop provides the foundation for lasting change.

This is a quarterly workshop series running throughout 2026, with each season focusing on a different phase of the menstrual cycle. There is no prerequisite to attend a workshop. You can come to one or all of them!
Women do in one month what Mother Nature does in one year.
Winter Edition: Menstruation - Just as winter is a time of rest and renewal in nature, the deepest Yin, we'll explore the menstruation phase as our body's natural time for reflection and restoration.

About Priscilla Jordan:
Priscilla is a certified holistic health coach, yoga teacher, and Chinese medicine student devoted to women's wellness. She's been facilitating meaningful workshops in the Carolinas for years and became an educational partner with the nonprofit organization Divine Drops in 2023. She reverently refers to these offerings as "Moonlit Medicine" - spaces where women can reconnect with nature, ancient wisdom, and each other. Priscilla is honored to hold containers that weave together advocacy, education, movement, ritual and sisterhood in service of collective healing.
