Join CKAS in the Red River Gorge as we search for nesting warblers. We will be doing things a bit differently this year to avoid the crowds at Rock Bridge. We will be walking along Star Gap Rd. near the Red River Gorge Campground in Stanton.Target Species: Cerulean Warbler, Blue-winged Warbler, Kentucky Warbler
Due to liability issues CKAS is no longer arranging carpools. Please feel free to reach out to others to arrange your own transportation.
Charlie and Sally may be camping at the Red River Gorge Campground the night before. This is a good spot for Cerulean Warblers, and Blue-winged Warblers. We will probably be treated to a Whippoorwill and Barred Owl concert in the evening. Contact [email protected] if you are interested in camping.
