Welcome to RecruitPhilly 2026!
We created this event because we believe in the power of people. We continue to put this event together each year because our community deserves opportunities to hear from the best in the industry while learning from and knowledge-sharing with one another. By creating a space where talent acquisition professionals from all backgrounds and industries can meet, chat, network, and build relationships, each and every attendee will have the opportunity to grow exponentially.
You will leave the conference with a better grasp of issues facing recruiting professionals and solutions to some of the topics on all of your minds: time, quality, quantity, scale, efficiency, and more. We'll provide breakfast, lunch, snacks, and speakers if you bring your energy and knowledge to share with the community.
Please note: our venue is To Be Determined, but will likely be in the Center City/University City area as it has been in years past. This event will not be taking place at City Hall.
