Join us for a 60-minute stretch with deep tissue massage using yoga Tune-Up balls and Foam Rollers. Create a weekly liberating ritual with our stretch+rollout class for precise trigger points and tension relief, depending on each class's specific goals. Using massage tools helps us activate proprioceptive feedback, which is critical for 'awakening' sleepy nerves and muscles, improving motor control and balance. Learn to release & prevent chronic tension buildup, improve your posture, restore freedom of movement, support your immune and nervous systems, and unwind mentally and emotionally.

Fascia is a thin layer of tissue that wraps around every muscle in the body. The lymphatic network, and our neural network are located within our fascia. When our fascia surrounding the tissues tightens and thickens, it lead to myofascial pain, chronic tension, and arthritis. A weekly massage is essential for targeting fascia and restoring the tissues to their normal state of fluidity and mobility.
