Midweek isn’t about going all-out… it’s about refining the engine while it’s still running. This session blends hurdle mobility, technical drills, and active recovery to help you run smoother, reduce injury risk, and keep your body feeling right.
Think of it as maintenance for your speed.
All levels welcome — no experience with hurdles needed, just come ready to learn and move.
What to expect:
• Light warm-up + mobility activation
• Hurdle drills (coordination, flexibility, range of motion)
• Running form drills (efficiency + mechanics)
• Easy recovery run or movement work
• Guided stretch & reset
