🌅✨ Space Coast Sangha ✨🌅There’s a reason many of us come to Recovery Dharma — because we know that, in one way or another, we have caused and experienced suffering in our own lives.
We use many ways to numb away from facing our emotions. How you numb, whether it is codependency and over giving, food, alcohol, substances, excessive worrying, gambling, shopping, worry and negative obsessive thought loops…in the end it’s all the same.
It is suffering.
The question is: how do we stop repeating the cycle?
In our community, we’ll be exploring just that. Using the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path of Buddhism as our guide, we’ll talk about how to:
🌀 Recognize the suffering we create
🌀 Understand where it comes from
🌀 Learn how to let it go
🌀 Find a new way forward
