Join Hannah for a 90-minute Somatic Inner Child Workshop - a guided somatic process that includes a visualisation + journaling experience, designed to help you uncover what’s truly blocking you from the love, success, and fulfilment you desire.
There’s a younger version of you, the one who learned to be strong, to hold it all together, to earn love through achievement. This version of you is still waiting to feel safe, seen, and chosen. To feel good enough, not for what you do, but simply for who you are.
In this guided Inner Child Workshop, you’ll reconnect with the part that existed before the self-doubt, the perfectionism, and the pressure to hold it all together.
Through a powerful visualisation and guided journaling practice, you will:
- Identify the subconscious patterns that block you from receiving the love or success you desire
- Begin to create emotional safety within yourself - the foundation for receiving more love and success

* Meet Hannah Blackburn *
Hannah is a Somatic Coach, specialising in nervous system healing and embodiment work for women. A decade of somatic therapy was the key to healing her own nervous system, an experience that fuels her mission to help others do the same. Her work blends neuroscience with somatic experiencing, to help clients reconnect to their ‘inner child’ - the part that holds the key to adult confidence and success. Her evidence-based approach creates a safe, welcoming space for deep, transformative change and long-lasting emotional regulation. ** Important information to know before joining:
As this is a group workshop, it is not designed to heal big T trauma. Such circumstances are best dealt with in a private setting with a trained therapist or coach. The exercises in this workshop have been designed to help you connect to the younger version of yourself in the present tense, so you can understand about your needs and learn to self-soothe. There will be alternative options given if you do not feel comfortable with any of the exercises, and you are advised to take a pause should you need to.
