Reconnectig with Yourself in Motherhood - A Research Study for Moms Experiencing Guilt
Are you a mother who has been experiencing mom guilt and feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from yourself?
You are invited to participate in a research study exploring a supportive, body-based intervention designed to help mothers increase awareness of internal experiences and coping skills related to mom guilt.
What is the purpose of this study?
The purpose of this study is to better understand mothers’ experiences of mom guilt and how a guided, body-based intervention may support awareness, emotional regulation, and connection to the body during motherhood.
What does participation involve?
- Participation in a structured intervention
- Brief questionnaires before and after participation
- A one-time one hour workshop
Who can participate?
You may be eligible if you:
- Are a mother of at least one child under the age of 6
- Experience mom guilt, anxiety or heightened stress related to motherhood
- Are 25-40 years of age
- Are able to participate in the workshop
Voluntary Participation
Participation is completely voluntary. You may choose to withdraw at any time without penalty.
Confidentiality
All information shared will be kept confidential and used only for research purposes.
All participants will be entered into a raffle for a $50 gift card to Hudson House!
