Lean into more body acceptance around the womb in this beautiful, creative gathering for women.

As a lady in the first group said, 'my womb is telling me that art is the medicine'.

I find that words sometimes can't touch the experience we hold in our womb, often only the surface story. Painting colour and shape helps me to come to a more visceral, harmonious relationship with my womb.

During this session I utilise my meditation teacher training and passion for intuitive art to help you create something that feels like a representation of how you feel in your womb.

I believe everyone has an inner artist waiting to be unleashed, so please don't worry about your art 'level' and experience.

Equally, more established painters can learn something new by tuning directly into the womb in a group session - this can be so nourishing and give you a new take on the kind of painting you want to do.

We will have herbal tea or cacao, explore our personal story with our womb and paint these feelings on canvas.
