About this Event
Creative Pause is a guided, small-group experience designed to help you step out of the rush of daily life and reconnect with yourself through creativity, presence, and flow.
During this session, you’ll be gently guided through a combination of art-based exercises, simple movement practices, and mindfulness moments. Each element is designed to help you soften the inner critic, reconnect with your body, and access a more playful, intuitive way of expressing yourself.
You can expect a calm and supportive atmosphere where there is no pressure to perform or create something “good.” Instead, the focus is on exploration, curiosity, and being present with whatever arises. You’ll have space to slow down, reflect, and connect both with yourself and, if you wish, with others in the group.
All materials are provided, and no prior experience in art or movement is needed. Just bring yourself, comfortable clothing, and an open mind.
You’ll leave feeling more grounded, relaxed, and connected to your inner sense of play, creativity, and flow.
