Join us at St Anne's Park on April 6, 2026 at 9:30 AM as we start the day gently and step into the new week with clarity, calm, and connection. This is a guided forest therapy and nature-connection experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your senses, and reflect.

Through simple, mindful invitations, we’ll tune into the natural world—feeling the textures of the trees, listening to subtle sounds, noticing light, scent, and movement. Nature becomes a mirror for reflection, offering space to acknowledge what this Spring can awaken for you, gently let go of what no longer serves you, and create intention for the year ahead.

This gathering is also a chance to connect with others in a relaxed, meaningful way. There’s no pressure to perform or share more than feels comfortable—just a supportive, grounded environment where new connections can unfold naturally. Come solo or bring a friend, either way you will have time for yourself surrounded by nature while in the company of others.

We’ll close with a quiet moment of integration and a simple tea ritual to mark the transition into Spring—leaving feeling steadier, clearer, and more rooted as you step forward.
