Relax, recharge, and reconnect through a peaceful garden walk and immersive outdoor sound bath.
About this Event

Step into a serene oasis where nature and sound harmonize to restore your mind, body, and spirit. Begin your journey with a guided tour of our lush botanical garden, where vibrant flora, hidden nooks, and the gentle rustle of leaves awaken your senses.

After the stroll, settle under the open-air pavilion for a 1-hour immersive sound bath, designed to recalibrate your nervous system and cultivate deep relaxation. Allow the resonant tones of wooden chimes, gong, flute, and tuning fork to wash over you, gently releasing tension and fostering a profound sense of balance.

This experience is perfect for anyone seeking:

  • a sensory journey through sound and space
  • moments of introspection, calm, and rejuvenation

Whether you are a sound healing enthusiast or simply craving a tranquil escape, this event invites you to breathe, listen, and reconnect. Come harmonize with nature and yourself in this enchanting outdoor setting.

About Natasha

Join certified sound therapist Natasha for a transformative meditation experience that integrates the soothing vibrations of tuning fork chimes, immersive soundscapes through speakers, and mesmerizing astral light projections. This unique approach to meditation enhances relaxation, reduces stress, and promotes emotional well-being, allowing you to connect deeply with your inner self and the surrounding environment.

Benefits of This Meditation Experience:

  • Stress Reduction: Immerse yourself in calming sounds that promote relaxation and reduce anxiety.
  • Enhanced Focus: Tuning fork frequencies help improve concentration and clarity of thought.
  • Emotional Balance: Experience a greater sense of peace and emotional stability.

Natasha's love for the outdoors stems from her childhood experiences of fishing and horseback riding, which instilled in her a deep appreciation for nature. She has also formulated a safe lemongrass hair conditioner suitable for all hair types, inspired by her desire for better ingredients in personal care products.

Natasha works alongside the CNIB, a cause close to her heart. Her late maternal grandmother lost her vision, and this experience fuels Natasha’s passion for building community and helping others connect with their true sense of purpose. She is also a program instructor at the Toronto Botanical Gardens. In addition, her company works closely with CAMH to provide personal care products (including our lemongrass hair conditioner) to the at risk and vulnerable population.
