Mindful Doodle Drawing
Taking time to pause and slow down in our lives is essential for our overall wellbeing.
Learning to have a slower pace in our lives, gives us the opportunity to not only pause but to calm our busy minds. Creativity in all its form is a great way to help you to boost your overall wellbeing.
Doodle drawing is an excellent way to help calm a busy mind and slow down. There are a range of doodle drawing techniques to explore in this session.
This is a beginner friendly workshop, no experience needed and all materials provided.
