Reconnect Mindfulness - Hand Drawn Repeat Patterns

Magnetic Ideals are excited to announce this workshop as part of a free training and skills sessions programme to develop new skills and help build community through creativity and confidence building. Taking time to pause and slow down in our lives is essential for our overall wellbeing.

Learning to have a slower pace in our lives, gives us the opportunity to not only pause but to calm our busy minds. Creativity in all its form is a great way to help you to boost your overall wellbeing.

Mindful Repeat Patterns

Try your hand at creating your very own repeat pattern. We will be hand drawing any pattern of your choosing, or you can select one of our pattern templates. This is an incredibly satisfying and relaxing technique. There are endless posibilities for you to create for example; a patterned artwork, or wrapping paper.

This is a beginner friendly workshop, no experience needed and all materials provided.

The event is run by Magnetic Ideals, it is taking place in the Loft Room of the Cornerstone Community Centre, which is wheelchair accessible.
