About this Event

Reclaiming the Thread is a 4-week expressive arts workshop series for women and women-identifying folks. A gentle invitation back to yourself through movement, artmaking, reflection, and embodied play.

This closed series is designed as a guided journey.
Each week builds on the last, offering a different doorway into creative exploration:

  • drawing & intuitive mark-making
  • grounding movement & somatic awareness
  • laughter yoga & theatre-inspired play
  • reflective journaling, ritual, and integration practices

Together we’ll:
• reconnect with body and intuition
• clear emotional clutter and winter heaviness
• honour our strengths and resilience
• cultivate self-compassion and creative presence

No art experience is needed — just curiosity and the willingness to show up for yourself over these four weeks.
