You used to be creative: making things just for fun...but somehow life got busy and now you can't remember the last time you painted, cut, glued, messed around with materials, experimented. Maybe you think art is just for people "who are good at it"...This 4-hour workshop is a gentle invitation to bring that special childhood feeling of being playful, messy, and creating without judgement back. No art skills or experience required.
Why come?
Reconnect with the joy of play, step out of autopilot and do something that's for you.
Leave feeling calmer, more confident creatively, and with a mixed-media piece & personal art journal to take home.
Who this is for
People who want more calm and a creative reset.
Anyone who's been told they're "no good at art".
Come solo or bring a friend.
What to expect
A relaxed, welcoming and peaceful space with soft music and access to nature.
Short, playful prompts that encourage creative expression, mark-making and experimentation, no technical skill required.
Collaborative & individual drawing games and exercises to shake off your inner perfectionist and critic.
Time to explore materials (paint, collage, drawing tools) and make at least one finished piece.
Gentle facilitation by Franzi, an experienced educator in process-led creative practice.
A takeaway pack: your own art journal + prompts to keep creating at home.
You’ll leave with...
A creative keepsake to take home (mixed media on canvas).
A small journal & open-ended prompts to keep creating at home.
A feeling of calm and connection to the playful part of yourself.
