There is a wise, intuitive voice within you—soft, steady, and always speaking. Reclaim Her: Trust Her is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body and the truth of your inner knowing.
Through a guided womb-listening meditation, you'll be invited into a deeper relationship with your intuition and feminine intelligence. Using intuitive vocal expression and free-form sound, you'll explore your authentic voice beyond words, structure, or expectation.
Journaling will help uncover the messages waiting beneath the surface as you reflect on the question: "What is my body trying to tell me?" The journey concludes with eyes-closed movement, allowing sensation—not the mind—to guide your expression.
This is a space to soften, listen, and remember.
