Through gentle movement, breathwork, music and reflective journaling, this class helps your nervous system slow down and your body settle.
In this sacred session we breathe, release & remember who we truly are. This is not about pushing, fixing or performing. It's about intention & presence. We create the internal conditions for real change. Through 40 minutes of breathwork, we soften the edges and we allow awareness, saftey & choice.
This class is accessible to all bodies. Every movement is intentional, fluid and full of purpose. We dance slow and deliberate, then shift direction like the wind. No dance or movement experience is required.
You will leave feeling calmer, more centered, and more connected to yourself.
