May 17: Baking in the American South by Anne Byrn
Choose a recipe from the featured cookbook or theme, prepare your recipe at home, and bring it to the library to share for a tasting with others! Cookbooks will be available to pick up at NPL - ask at the front desk. Please indicate when registering which recipe you’d like to bring or let us know at [email protected] or 309-452-1757 so we can avoid duplicates! Registration is required as space is limited - only registered cooks will be able to attend. Disposable tableware will be provided - feel free to bring a reusable container as we often have leftovers to share!
Please note: recipes will be prepared in personal kitchens, not commercial spaces; eat at your own discretion.
