About this Event

Background

Building on the 2024 virtual and 2025 in-person Solution Summits, Rosecrance’s Regional Substance Use Prevention Integration Center (RSUPIC) invites community stakeholders committed to youth wellbeing to join us for a one-day summit focused on new and inspiring avenues to support youth and families in our region. This summit will provide attendees with the latest information on youth substance misuse trends, opportunities to engage in meaningful dialogue with others dedicated to supporting young people, and inspiring talks by nationally known advocates for youth and communities. This is even is hosted by the Rosecrance Region 3 Regional Substance Use Prevention Integration Center.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

CEUs have been applied for by the Illinois Certification Board (ICB). Five (5) hours are estimated for ICB CEUs. CEUs will also be provided for the following credentials: LCSW, LSW, LCPC, LPC, and Psychologist.

A limited number of rooms are availalbe in the conference block and can be booked HERE.


Substitutions

Refunds will not be issued; however, paid registrants who are unable to attend may designate an alternate. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].


Please note: Substitutions made after April 28, 2026, will incur a $20 administrative fee per substitution. Substitutions can be made at any time, and the participant or organization will be responsible for this fee. Unclaimed registration fees cannot be transferred to a future Rosecrance event.

Opening Keynote: Joseph Wooten
Host: Joseph Wooten

Info: Joseph Wooten, aka “The Hands of Soul,” is a 3-time Grammy Award–nominated keyboardist, vocalist, composer, producer, educator, author, and motivational speaker. Since 1993, he has served as keyboardist/vocalist and bandleader for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s Steve Miller Band. The second youngest of the famed Wooten Brothers, Joseph has performed with artists including Curtis Mayfield, Whitney Houston, Kenny G, The Temptations, and more. He co-wrote the Grammy-nominated “Call Me Tonight” and contributed to Victor Wooten’s Grammy-nominated Yin Yang. Author of It All Matters and founder of the nonprofit “I Matter! You Matter!” Joseph is dedicated to youth empowerment, veterans’ causes, and humanitarian work.
