About this Event
Hosted by the Denver Deathcare Collective. Where grief is tended and death is sacred.
These monthly grief circles at Sakala Community are a compassionate space to hold your sorrow in the embrace of community.
This month, Ashley Bradney of Healing & Dying is bringing in support from the angelic realm to help us honor and transform our grief. We'll drop in with a guided meditation to find our center and connect with our grief. We'll share what's present in community, noticing where our grief and the grief of others lands in our bodies. Then, we'll settle in to receive angelic reiki as a group, offering our grief as compost for new life and receiving support from the angelic realm.
Angelic reiki is not related to any religious doctrine, but is rather an energy of support available to all. You don't need to hold a specific cosmology or belief system to receive the benefits of this practice. All are welcome; open minds and hearts are encouraged.

- Grounding to arrive fully in the body and the space.
