Whether you are new to breathwork or you have practiced any breathing techniques in the past - including rebirthing - this practice is suitable for you. All levels of experience are welcomed.
Wear comfortable light clothes, nothing tight around the chest area and bring a bottle of water with you. Try to come well rested, ideally with an empty stomach, avoiding any food at least 2 hours before the beginning of the practice.

We will start with an introduction on how Breathwork works, how to breathe and what to expect during the session. We will then begin our practice.
*No prior booking is required. Just come 10-15 minutes earlier to secure your spot.
Small groups, to ensure proper attention and guidance to each individual.
