Rebirth - Clean Break Members Festival

Rebirth is the debut play by Susannah Gale. This Epic poem follows the lives of five different women who are striving to resolve their deep-set traumas by overcoming the internal conflict posed by an ominous character named X.

The play outlines how the internet age has had a devastating impact on female lives and explores how these women have discovered an innate strength that has allowed them to rebirth from the riptides of repression despite societal and technological impositions.

Beyond is a celebratory event led and delivered by our Members* and dedicated to showcasing the creative talents of the women at the heart of Clean Break.

Connection, discovery and healing are the central themes of this year’s festival. Audiences are invited to connect with Clean Break’s creative community, at an event which will inspire and nourish.
