Join us for a 3-hour continuing education class focused on Fair Housing and Civil Rights, led by award-winning instructor Carol Sommer, founder of RE Kick Start 101™ and recipient of the 2022 Columbus REALTORS® Instructor of the Year award.

In this interactive session, Carol will break down real-world situations agents face every day—from advertising decisions and client requests to property showings and conversations that can unintentionally cross the line.

Through discussion and practical examples, agents will gain a clearer understanding of how Fair Housing laws apply to their daily business and how to confidently navigate situations that could otherwise lead to complaints.

This CE class will be held at Del Mar Mediterranean Restaurant, followed by a hosted happy hour—no need to head anywhere else.
