Yoga mats are provided, but you may bring a pillow or blanket if you like

Doors do close 10 minutes after the start time and late entry will not be allowed so as to maintain the relaxation and environment for attendees.

During this in-person event, Savanna's Cosmic Sounds will guide you through a blissful journey using various instruments such as crystal singing bowls, rain drum, and chimes. We will begin with a short guided meditation followed by 30-40 minutes of blissful sound bath with a focus on realigning yourself. I will focus on energy realignment working to remove blockages and allowing energy to flow freely, but if thats not your jam this sound bath will be suitable for those also just looking to relax and come into a Alpha brain wave state. Following the sound bath we will have a short debrief to discuss and process experiences if needed. This is a donation based sound bath so sign up is free, but donations via cash, cashapp, or venmo are much appreciated! (recommeded donation is $5-$15)

Directions:Located above the Las Cimas apartment complex leasing office. Turn in at the Las Cimas Apartment complex sign there are entrances and parking on both the front and back of the building. You can enter on either side through the door with large arches over it. If you enter the gate to the apartment complex you have gone too far. Upon entering the building you will see a set of stairs to go up. We have the entire upstairs of the office building.

No prior experience is necessary, and comfortable clothing is recommended. Limited spots are available, so secure your place now and get ready to embark on a deeply restorative experience at the Grounding Sound Bath. I am unable to provide services to those with pacemakers (at anytime), traumatic brain injuries, or concussions in the past 6 months.
