Join us for an immersive and heartfelt journey into real, raw self-love, beyond the commercialised fluff. This workshop provides a safe space designed to nourish, support, and celebrate the incredible strength and beauty within you—and among us as women.
There will be yoga flow sequences, Kundalini meditation & mantra, breath work, circle time, sharing stories, journalling, healing, guided visualisation, relaxation, nature walk and delicious food.

I have a down to earth approach to my teaching and I like to create a space where there is no judgement and where you can play and have fun with movement. With no right or wrong way to move, we can be as creative as we want according to how we feel. I like to teach for all levels and if you want to push yourself a little you can if you don’t then you don’t.
