Huong Luu, P.Eng, is a self-made millionaire real estate investor who left engineering in 2016 to build a portfolio of cash-flowing properties. She specializes in creative financing and multi-unit strategies, and created programs like Project 100-10-10 to help families become mortgage-free while guiding professionals to invest and scale through real estate.
Tommy Wong, P.Eng, MBA, is an Engineer-Investor managing a 125+ unit portfolio across multifamily and industrial real estate and multiple businesses. He utilizes precision-driven 'risk-architecture' to master complex developments and maximize returns. As a mentor to engineers and strategic investors, Tommy bridges technical logic with business strategy to help fellow professionals become financially independent and build generational wealth.
Marc Robillard is a real estate investor specialized in finding and creating value, exiting deals in profitable land assemblies, generating value as a housing provider, and an expert in creating communities through, long, medium and short term rentals. He is also experienced in financing and dealing on both sides of borrowing and private lending, and serves on the strata council of a 150-unit complex with some residential and commercial units. Marc also offers coaching to new and intermediate investors.

As the Managing Director of Urban Edge Developments, Trent Praski has taken the lead role in over 15 projects over the past 12 years. Besides townhouse development, these projects included new single family homes, condominium conversions and land redevelopment throughout Western Canada. Trent completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2001 with emphasis on Marketing and International Business.
