The Program offers a 3-week curriculum aimed at equipping minority commercial construction businesses with the necessary tools to stand out in today's marketplace and capitalize on emerging opportunities.  The READI program includes over 21-hours of educational content covered over 9-individual sessions.  Topics include: Safety First, Bid Preparation, Scheduling, Marking & Branding, Capability Statements, Seeking Capital, Leveraging Diversity Certifications, Project Planning & Management and Contract Management.
