Reacting vs. Responding A two day experience learning to recenter the self and ask powerful questions to be empowered by the interaction.
About this Event

Join us for a two day experience on May 8th and May 9th from 9am-2:30pm each day, for an in person training on recentering the self and asking powerful questions to be empowered by the interaction. Using the Lemonade Methodology curriculum, a feminine-inspired framework for supporting self and families, and nurturing resilience. This methodology embraces the metaphor of turning lemons into lemonade, enabling individuals to effectively source past experiences, envision the future, and shape their present with clarity and empowerment. By promoting ownership, interdependence, and a forward-thinking approach, providers can transform challenges into opportunities for growth, creating a path towards long-term prosperity and well-being.

The methodology emphasizes courage, ownership, empathy, forward-thinking, love, interdependence, clarity, thriving, and transformation as key pillars for supporting one's self and families, and fostering resilience within the community ecosystem.

The experience is taught in person over the course of 2 days by Wakeup Now-certified teachers. The training is designed to promote individual reflection and partnered/small-group conversations during the sessions.

The program includes:

  • 2 days of in person training providing clarity, mindfulness, and transformation takeaway tools
  • Lunch will be provided for both training days
