About this Event
Tired of your typical new year's resolution losing steam?
Re-New, Re-Evaluate, and Re-Commit to Yourself is an empowering panel featuring personal and business coaches from diverse disciplines. The discussion focuses on why traditional New Year's resolutions often fail—highlighting their reliance on fleeting motivation, lack of clear alignment with personal values, and unrealistic expectations.
The virtual panel explores strategies to help individuals rediscover their core values, reframe their goals, and align their actions to create meaningful and sustainable change. By combining expert insights, practical tools, and actionable advice, this session is designed to inspire participants to move beyond resolutions and build a values-driven roadmap for personal and professional growth.
The panelists will give their diverse perspectives across a variety of questions related to value-driven goal-setting and more, then will open it up for questions from the live audience.
