About this Event
Get ready for Rave Workout Rnd. 2, where the energy of a dance floor meets the intensity of a full-body workout.
This high-energy fitness experience combines live DJ music, immersive lighting, and circuit-style training to create a workout that feels more like a party than a class. Participants will move through timed circuits to the beat, combining cardio and strength movements in a format that allows everyone to participate at their own pace.
Each round follows a 45 seconds on / 15 seconds off structure, rotating through movements that target the lower body, upper body, and core. Whether you are new to circuit training or an experienced athlete, the format allows you to control your intensity while feeding off the energy of the room.
Expect lights, bass, sweat, and community as we transform the gym floor into a high-energy movement experience.
What to Expect
• Group warm-up to get the body moving
• Three progressive circuit rounds to the music
• Cardio and strength movements using bodyweight and equipment
• Live DJ sets to drive the energy
• A supportive and electric community environment
High energy beats provided by local legends DJ KTTK Love and IZIX. No dance or workout experience required. Just show up ready to move.
Good to Know
• Doors open 30 minutes before the workout begins
• Wear comfortable clothing you can move and sweat in
• Bring a water bottle and a sweat towel
• Athletic shoes are recommended
• All fitness levels are welcome, with modifications available
Participants should be prepared for a high-energy workout environment with music, lights, and group movement.
In addition to bringing the community together through movement and music, all proceeds from Rave Workout will benefit Allies for Humanity, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing hardship in our community. By participating, you’re not only investing in your own health and energy, but also helping make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
Contraindications
Rave Workout involves moderate to high-intensity physical activity. Participation may not be appropriate for individuals with certain medical conditions including, but not limited to:
• Uncontrolled cardiovascular conditions
• Recent injuries or surgeries affecting movement
• Severe joint instability or musculoskeletal limitations
• Pregnancy without physician clearance
• Conditions affected by flashing lights or loud music
