R&B Yin Yoga - Relax & Restore - April 19th

If your body has been holding onto stress and your mind won’t slow down, this is your moment to reset. Join me on Sunday April 19th from 12:30pm to 1:30pm for a nostalgic and sexy R&B Yin Yoga pop up designed to help you unwind, release tension, and feel like yourself again.

This month’s vibe is all about 2000s R&B. Think Usher, Ashanti, Mario, Ciara, and more setting the tone as you move through slow, deep stretches that calm your nervous system and ease tight muscles. This is not a workout you push through. It is an experience that allows your body to soften while the music carries you into a state of relaxation.

BYOM = Bring your own mat. Doors will open 30 minutes before class begins at noon, and you'll have time at the end of class to mingle. A giveaway and a short guided meditation will be included. I believe yoga is a form of self care, which is a form of self love. So grab your mat, invite a friend, and join me for R&B Yin Yoga.
