This full-body Pilates experience combines intentional movement, controlled resistance, posture work, flexibility, and deep core engagement through the use of reformer machines designed to strengthen and sculpt your body in a low-impact way.

This experience was intentionally curated for Black Women to reconnect with their bodies, build confidence through movement, and experience wellness in a beautiful, welcoming environment centered on softness, discipline, and community.

Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or already familiar with Yoga or Barre based workouts, this Reformer Pilates class is beginner-friendly, supportive, and welcoming to all body types and fitness levels.
