You must check in during the official registration window to receive your crawl materials and participate.

Check-in does not reflect the total crawl duration. The party continues beyond registration.
Late arrivals may miss check-in, samples, specials, or scheduled stops. No refunds will be issued for missed check-in or late arrival.
