Raise your Vibration: Holotropic (Conscious, Connected) Breathwork

Holotropic comes from 'holos' meaning 'whole' and tropia, 'to move towards'.

It's easy to get stuck in lower vibrational emotions, rumiation keeping us stuck in regrets of the past or fear of future - clouidng our mind and zapping our energy.

The conscious breath brings us to the magic of the present moment and a prolonged practice gives access to the subconscious mind and our true universal nature. In this guided sesssion journey into the subconscious mind and beyond - release blockages; rise to connection, creativity, inspiration and clarity.

*Please note this is a potent practice and therefore is not suitable in pregnancy or with some health conditions inc. uncontrolled blood pressure, glaucoma and recent history of seizure. If you have any questions please get in touch, the practice is adaptbale so if you are affected and want to take part please do still get in touch. Personal resposbility and listening to your body is necessitated.
